Step 1: Send Your Inquiry
Tell us what you need. We handle inquiries for all 7 major categories:
Soft Goods: Pet Beds, Pet Toys.
Furniture: Cat Trees, Cat Scratchers, Cat Villas.
Accessories: Dog Leashes, Pet Care Tools.
Action: Send us your Tech Pack, product photo, or a physical sample.
Step 2: Material & Design Consultation
We help you select the right materials based on your product type and budget:
Pet Beds & Toys: Plush, Canvas, Oxford, Cooling fabric, Memory Foam, etc.
Cat Trees & Scratchers: Natural Sisal (3mm-6mm), Teddy Velvet, Particle Board, High-density Corrugated Paper, etc.
Cat Villas: Solid Pine, Rubber Wood, Multilayer Board, Tempered Glass.
Dog Leashes: Nylon webbing, Polyester, Leather, Zinc Alloy hooks.
Care Tools: ABS, TPR/TPU plastic, Stainless Steel needles.
Step 3: Rapid Sampling & Mold Policy
We create a pre-production sample for your approval.
Textile/Wood Items: 3-7 days (e.g., Beds, Trees, Leashes).
Cat Villas: 7-10 days (Due to wood processing).
Mold-Required Items: 15-20 days.
Applicable for: TPR/TPU Pet Toys, New Shape Care Tools, custom plastic parts.
Policy: Mold fees (Tooling fees) are required upfront but are 100% REFUNDABLE once your cumulative order quantity reaches the agreed volume.
Step 4: Mass Production & Branding
Once the deposit is paid, we start production. We offer various logo methods:
Methods: Woven Label, Laser Engraving, Silk Screen Printing, Rubber Patch, Embroidery, etc.
Update: Weekly production photos provided to keep you informed.
Step 5: Category-Specific QC
Our QC team performs specific tests for each category to ensure safety:
Tensile Strength Test: For Dog Leashes.
Stability Test: For Cat Trees & Villas.
Needle Detection: For Beds & Toys.
Function Test: For Care Tools (Springs, buttons, and sharpness).
Moisture Check: For Cat Scratchers.
Step 6: Smart Packaging & Shipping
We optimize packaging to save your sea freight costs:
Solutions: Vacuum Packing (Beds), Knock-Down (KD) packing (Trees/Villas), Blister cards, Color boxes, etc.
