Our quotation sets out the selected specification, quantity, trade term and included costs. Ask us to itemize any sample, tooling, packaging, testing or freight costs relevant to your order. If the specification or delivery requirements change, we will review the price with you before you approve the order.
We will discuss payment arrangements when reviewing your order and record the agreed method and payment schedule in the quotation or contract. Include any purchasing requirements your company needs us to consider.

We work from the approved specification and sample to agree the inspection points for your order. These can cover dimensions, materials, construction, function, labels and packaging. Share your tolerances, inspection requirements and target-market documentation before production so we can agree the review scope and any external testing arrangements.
Send the selected item numbers, target market and the documents you require. We will check which documents are available for those products and whether additional testing is needed. A report for one model or material may not cover a different product or specification.
We can review logos, labels, instructions, retail packaging and carton marks for your selected products. Send the artwork, barcode details, language and packing format. We will confirm the packing method, carton dimensions, weights and quantity per carton for the agreed version so you can plan freight.
We will review shipping options and trade terms for your selected products, shipment size and destination. If you need CIF or DDP, send the destination and delivery requirements so we can check the route, availability and costs. The agreed shipping plan or quotation will set out the responsibilities and included charges.
