When you submit an enquiry or communicate with us, we may collect your name, company or organization, business email address, country or target market, telephone or WhatsApp number, product name or item number, estimated quantity, and the requirements or message you provide.
The Website enquiry form marks your name, company, email address, country or target market, requirements, and verification code as required. We need those fields to identify and respond to a genuine B2B enquiry. If you do not provide them, the Website cannot submit the enquiry. Product or SKU, estimated quantity, and telephone or WhatsApp number are optional.
You may also send specifications, drawings, artwork, photographs, or other project documents to us by email, WhatsApp, or another communication channel. The Website enquiry form does not currently provide a file-upload function. Please do not send payment-card details, government identification numbers, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive personal information that is not necessary for a business enquiry.

The Website uses cookies, local storage, tags, pixels, and similar technologies. Necessary technologies support Website operation, security, language or interface functions, verification, and storage of your privacy choice. They cannot be disabled through our Cookie Settings.
